Application Requirements
The program is very flexible with its options, and clear about pricing both for rent and purchase pricing up to 5 years. Currently, the application fee is just $75, and it’s not per person or per house. You can add as many people to the application as you wish, as long as they meet the requirements below.
Requirements to Apply:
All the people on the application must make at least a combined income of $45,000 before taxes.
Each applicant must have at least a 620 credit score
No evictions on record for the last 5 years
The security deposit is always 2X the rent amount shown on each house listing. This isn’t due until 72 hours after the program goes pending on a home for you. Plus, it is credited to your down payment if you ever decide to buy the home!
